Welcome to Emmanuel
No matter where you are in your faith, we would love to help you grow and learn more about Jesus.
First, join us on a Sunday
We invite you to visit one of church services. Come and hear the word of God explained and join us in congregational worship. We meet every Sunday at 10:30am and 5pm.
What to expect on a Sunday
-
At EBC, we believe in partnering with parents and carers in their role as the primary disciple-makers of their children. Our Children’s Ministry is committed to supporting families in raising children who are lifelong worshippers of the living God. Sunday School is the time we set aside for pre-kindy (ages 4–5) and primary (ages 6–12) to gather and grow in their knowledge and love for God. They will engage with God’s Word through singing, teaching and fun activities designed just for them. We encourage all families to prioritise Sunday School so your children don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity.
Please pick up your children from the Isaiah Room. Morning tea will be provided for the children between 10:00 AM and 10:15 AM.
-
We’ll be offering classes for adults and teenagers on a variety of practical and biblical topics designed to equip everyone for the work of ministry. For the first term, however, this will be a dedicated prayer time. Given the changes we are going through, we want to come together to seek the Lord in prayer for His guidance and wisdom. This prayer time will be led by different elders. All future classes will be led by elders and other gifted teachers.
-
Join us for morning tea in the atrium area. This is a great opportunity to enjoy fellowship together before the morning worship service. Parents, please ensure you pick up your children between 10:00 AM and 10:15 AM during this time.
-
Our worship service will begin at 10:30 AM. For parents with little ones (pre-kindy), we have two unstaffed creche rooms—Noah’s Ark and Abraham Rooms—where you can settle your child during the sermon if needed. These rooms will have a live stream of the sermon on a TV so you won’t miss any part of the message. Parents are responsible for supervising their children in these rooms. Additionally, there is a mother’s room available for mums who need to feed and attend to their babies during the service.
Meet the church
Our church holds “New to EBC” lunches for people who are interested in joining our church. These are held once a quarter after the service.
